One Month

until it finally happens. God-willing, that is. I had the same thought last year, too, and then I was humbled at the swift finality with which things changed before my eyes…

I’m so thankful to be here again. I remember that there was a time when I never could have imagined getting to this point again, of getting another chance to study abroad in Japan. I am so thankful! And I’m not going to think about how the chances of something happening again are slim and that nothing could possibly go wrong, but I will hope with all my heart that this time I’ll make it.

And I’m so excited! I can’t wait to see the door that 31 days will open! And I’m probably gonna end my post here, because I’m about to start gushing with excitement and spout off all the stuff I’m excited about, which I’m pretty sure I’ve written about in previous posts. Just know: I’m excited! : P
